What's the difference between an in-character and an out of character situation?: In character would be doing a surgery, a doctor is performing on a patient and using RP techniques and such.

Out of character would be talking in OOC about non RP related things or talking about real life.

Why do you want to be staff (100 Word Minimum):

I want to be a staff because I enjoy playing on the server and I love the community, especially the players. I wish to participate in more RP related activities and wish to help the system prosper more. I also want to engage in a leadership role in my battalion and rise the ranks and I’m willing to take the responsibility that comes with it. I have plenty of experience as a staff in garry’s mod and was a former TGM. I do feel like I owe the community so I promise to fulfill my quotas and requirements and I promise not to fail that at the very least.
