What's the difference between an in-character and an out of character situation?: 
An in character sitation is lets say you want to host a tryout for your battalion, if you were to host a tryout for your battalion your character/you would be the one hosting the tryout. And lets say an out of character situation is when someone was to rdm someone, and you have to take a ticket for it, you would be in admin mode if you were to do that and being in admin mode makes you out of character. You would be talking to someone in the sit and being in a sit means that you are out of character, it would not be the character that shot the person it would be the person controlling the character that shot the person.
Why do you want to be staff (100 Word Minimum):

I would like to be a staff member because I have been on multiple servers before and I have just really enjoyed the community of all the servers I've staffed on. I also think I could really help out the staff team and have an impact in the community. I have been playing SGN for a while and really enjoy the time I spend on it every day. The community is also awesome, I haven’t met a single person that has just insulted me to insult me or just be rude to me in general. I think that I would fit this position because I’m kind of known in the community a little bit at least and I am good with talking to people. I'm a really hard working, nice, and outgoing person. I hope that you can take my staff application into consideration and have a nice day.
