What's the difference between an in-character and an out of character situation?: An in character situtation is something that can be delt with in character (EX: Not listening to your higher ups, using equipment in base}. An out of character situation is something that has to be delt with by a staff member (EX: RDM, or people just minging around)

Why do you want to be staff (100 Word Minimum): I have been a staff for SGN before and I really enjoyed it. I am getting back into the server and am able to play everyday now and I want to start doing more again for the server. I want to be apart of the SGN staff team again as I have regained my drive for the server and would love to be doing more than just running around doing nothing. I just want to start helping the server again like I did in the past, I have lots of experience and know my way around the server and rules and I think I would be a good edition to the staff team. I have been wanting to come back to being a staff for a while now and thought that it is a good time to do so as I want to be more with the community as it grows.
