What Regiment are you applying for?: Shock

Why do you want to be a commander of this Regiment? (5 sentence minimum):
I want to be the commander of the Shock Batallion because I believe I am an effective and respectful leader. This is evident from both my time online as well as in my personal life, where I have managed teams of around 20 people. As for being the Shock leader itself, I believe I have a lot to offer the battalion, I am a highly active member of the community, which is evident from the hours that I log for my staff duties as an Admin here. Shock is an excellent battalion, but I believe under my leadership, I can make it one of the most active and fun battalions for members of SGN to join. I am also well versed on the rules at this server, which means I can help ensure that members within my battalion follow them at all times. Changes I would like to make to the battalion would involve increased training and possibly bringing in the idea of set guard posts.

What does your Regiment specialize in? (5 sentence minimum):
Shock is the Military Police of the grand army of the republic. Shock is responsible for keeping the peace within the galaxy and protecting and dealing with high-value targets such as senators. The Shock wasn't just responsible for dealing with incidents within the clone army but also dealing with incidents from the civilian population. The Shock was based on Coruscant, where they were based within the Senate and infrastructure. This is evident from clone wars episodes where droids infiltrated the power grid. Shock troopers have the ability to conduct random searches on both the clone army as well as the civilian population to be able to detect any spies or find any items that someone should not have upon their person.

How much game time do you have on the server?: 1 week, 5 days, and 10 hours.

Provide some lore of your Regiment: (Give detail, explain each piece provided): 
The Shock was a battalion within the grand army of the republic based on Coruscant, they were an elite unit that was responsible for protecting high-value targets and acting as a military police force. Commanders Fox and Thorn led the Shock. Fox met his end at the hands of Vader shortly after the Jedi purge due to his failure to inform his troops of who Vader was. The shock was a battalion that was disliked by civilians and even feared. This is evident from Cara Dunes interaction within the Mandalorian series. Shock troopers were commonly equipped with a DC-17A, or DC-15S blaster whilst officers were equipped with a DC-17 pistol. Some troopers within the battalion were trained on other heavy weapons, such as rocket launchers and miniguns.
 

Why should we trust you to be a commander? (Give detail, share your experience, tell us why you are the best fit): 
I believe I am a mature and respected individual. I am well known within the community at SGN and am currently an Admin within the Staff Team. I am well versed in the rules of this server as this is a requirement as part of my responsibilities as an Admin. Since playing this server, I have never received any punishment from the staff or been jailed in the Brig once. I am able to lead a team and am a confident person, and I have experience managing teams as this is part of my actual job. Previously I have managed a game server from a different game with a player base of around 200 online per day I have also ran my own business known as TechCore, where I was responsible for dealing with multiple clients. I work well under stress and believe it actually makes me work better and more efficiently. 

How often can you be Online?: Everyday, 8 - 14 hours per day during the week and all day during the weekend.
