Why do you want to be staff (100 Word Minimum): I have been on SGN for about 5 months now and have a total play time of  3w 3d 19h 51m. I have made a lot of friends in the server, spent a bit of money as well, and wanted to help out in any way. I was originally a Trial GM but had to step down due to my work schedule and not being able to dedicate my time and effort into building dupes, and coming up with creative and entertaining events for the players. I understand and have been told that Staff is a bit more flexible, but is competitive. Good, I like a challenge, especially if It isn't impossible. I can be on during the night, and can help with issues, take tickets, and help resolve conflicts, while also upholding my job responsibilites, and my comittment to the server. I understand I have been flaky in the past, but this time I am willing to put it all on the line, and show that I can be an addition to the staff team, and be an asset. I have no idea if I am currently blacklisted, but It can't hurt to try and appeal, and show that I can keep pushing forward, even when hitting a setback. I'm been a bumbling pissbaby for too long, and It's time to show I can actually hold myself accountable, and be reliable.

-1 | Flame tbh I think you have some potential in being staff but more recently I have had more bad Interactions with you than good, at times I've seen you outright disrespectful to higher-ups. I think your app is fine but behavior is problematic.
