What's the difference between an in-character and an out-of-character situation?:

In character vs out of character is very simple to understand, and in-character relates to objectives within roleplay. For example, if you are in the 212th battalion and your commander comms everyone to your bunks to perform an inspection. Everything that would accrue within that area in the text chat over voice chat actions using /me and /rp would all be categorized under in-character. On the other hand, out-of-character situations would be situations such as staff sits using the @ command or talking using the /ooc or /looc command.

Why do you want to be staff (100 Word Minimum):

While I might be new here I am looking to make a return to the Gmod star wars rp community and the staff world. Of course, I understand the doubts about letting someone with such little time on the server into the staff team. However, I wish to assist in not only the development and growth of the server but the community relations aspect of it. Anyone and their mother could type in !ban with someone's steamID it takes someone who is fair, just, and understanding to be an excellent staff member. I believe with the experience I have gained from my past staff roles on other star wars RP servers as well as the experience that I would gain here that I would make a fine addition to the team.
